Meet Charles "Chaz" Stebbins-Williams - Founder & CEO of CSW CPA LLC
I'm Charles "Chaz" Stebbins-Williams, CPA, MBA, and I founded CSW CPA LLC because I believe every business owner deserves financials they can actually trust — and a partner who genuinely cares about getting it right. We are your go-to business financial advisors committed to providing reliable financial insights tailored to your needs.
My path here wasn't a straight line from an audit desk. Over the past 15+ years, I've built and led accounting functions inside publicly-traded homebuilders, private equity-backed contractors, aerospace and defense manufacturers, healthcare nonprofits, and even a solar startup — sitting in the Controller and interim CFO seat as each business scaled, restructured, or prepared for its next chapter. I started my career auditing multi-billion-dollar health systems and manufacturers at two top-100 public accounting firms, which gave me a front-row seat to what "audit-ready" really means, and I've spent every year since applying that same discipline to the businesses I've served directly.
Along the way, I've led ERP implementations (NetSuite, Sage X3, Sage Intacct, Dynamics), cut month-end close timelines nearly in half, and built internal control frameworks from the ground up. My expertise in accounting leadership allows me to serve as the go-to voice on technical accounting matters — revenue recognition, lease accounting, complex transactions — for staff, clients, and executive teams alike. Whether it's a $1B contracting platform or a mission-driven federally qualified health center, I've learned the fundamentals hold true everywhere: clean books, strong controls, and people who understand the "why" behind the numbers.
I earned my MBA and BS in Accounting from Le Moyne College (Magna Cum Laude), and I'm a licensed CPA.
Outside the office, you'll usually find me soaking up time with friends and family, keeping up with my three dogs, or exploring everything Central Florida has to offer — from quiet lakeside afternoons to discovering the region's next favorite local spot. That same balance of hard work and genuine connection is what I strive to bring to every client relationship at CSW CPA, your dedicated financial services team.
Meet Drew Stebbins-Williams - COO, CSW CPA LLC
I'm Drew Stebbins-Williams, and I bring over 20 years of operational and financial leadership to CSW CPA LLC. My background spans the home services and financial services industries — building a customer service and scheduling department from scratch at a fast-growing solar company, managing branch operations and P&L performance at a national bank, and leading teams in banking operations before that. The common thread has always been the same: get the details right, and take care of people.
I've dedicated my career to building the operational backbone of growing organizations — designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training programs, and workflows that scale, while closely monitoring budgets and P&L performance to ensure that growth remains profitable. Whether launching a department from the ground up or refining branch operations to achieve consistently top-tier compliance and audit ratings, I've learned that strong financial discipline and exceptional client relationships are not separate goals; they reinforce each other. My attention to detail isn't just a habit; it's the standard I apply to every process and client interaction.
As the COO of CSW CPA, I leverage my expertise in accounting leadership and collaborate with our business financial advisors to ensure that every client relationship feels personal, responsive, and genuinely cared for — rather than just transactional.
Outside of work, I'm happiest spending time with my family and our dogs, road-tripping to explore everything Florida has to offer, and finding time for a good gallery, concert, or live performance whenever I can.
